A special congratulations to Mikkel Svane and the team at Zendesk! Zendesk and Propertybase share a key investor in Christopher Janz, who has more than 10 years of experience designing software applications and Internet services for consumers.
The San Francisco company, which was founded in Copenhagen in 2007, makes customer support software used by thousands. The software helps companies manage service issues that come in through email, social media, phone calls and chat.
Goldman Sachs & Co, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse are the lead underwriters for the IPO, according to Reuters. The number of shares to initially be offered, nor the expected price per share, was listed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ZEN."
Propertybase wishes Zendesk the best of luck with its continued growth.
