According to The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, 49 percent of homebuyers are now turning to their mobile devices for Real Estate services because they offer the unique ability to get real time information while passing through targeted neighborhoods. With applications from their agent's brokerage, prospective buyers can also use smartphones or tablets to find out what in what school district a specific home is located, the home values of a particular neighborhood, and much more.
Furthermore, house hunters who wish to compare prices in various regions, across multiple school districts, and even search for homes in several areas at once with specific requests like square-footage or number of bedrooms can now have that info at their fingertips through apps from services like Zillow.
