Cirrus Developments Sell Out US $550 Million Project

May 25th, 2008 – in propertybase

Cirrus Developments LLC, one of the fastest growing developers in the booming Middle East, this week launched its Aquarius Gate project, a new US $550 million mixed-use development at Nakheel’s Waterfront in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Cirrus launched this project in the famous Jumeirah Beach Hotel and used Propertybase to make reservations for units, issue booking confirmations, and even draft contracts during the event. The demand for these units was amazing.

About Aquarius Gate
Aquarius Gate is a ‘first’ in many ways. It is the first development at Waterfront to have commercial and residential units, to gain full technical approval from Nakheel, to have a trust account operational, and to have approval to sell from the Dubai Land Department before starting off-plan sales. Aquarius Gate is the second major development to be launched by Cirrus in Dubai, following the very successful launch of Celestial Heights in Downtown Jebel Ali last year. It consists of two towers—one residential and one commercial—and is located in Madinat Al Arab, the premier beachfront community in the Waterfront.
