The importance of mobile responsiveness in website design has long been a hot topic, and with 72% of all home searches taking place on a mobile device it’s not hard to understand why. Website Quality Certification
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® has also established the Website Quality Certification (WQC). The certification recognizes real estate companies that achieve best practices in website design and Internet communications. Conducted by Virtual Results LLC, participating LeadingRE’s members are evaluated on a number of key areas relating to website performance, including usability, design, content, interactivity, customer service, lead management, and SEO.
To keep the certification up to date with the most current online marketing strategies and best practices, the measurements for the WQC are updated every year. Brokerages must be recertified every two years, making the awardees cutting-edge leaders in the digital space.
